Abstract

Introduction. Global changes in society have led to the need to change the educational system. One of the reasons for these changes has been the need to train teaching staff who can respond quickly to changes and are ready to seek new solutions to traditional challenges. Reforming education in line with current trends is becoming increasingly widespread. There is a need to introduce modernized models of higher education, which create new challenges for participants in the educational process. A modern specialist should be open to innovative teaching methods introduced in educational institutions, combine activities according to a well-developed scheme with creative search, and assess the psychological orientation and level of certain techniques. The solution to this problem lies in the formation of an innovative culture. The article has dealt with the issues related to the development of the innovative culture, which engenders new problems in pedagogical science, in particular, drafting of the technology of development of the innovative culture of the teacher as part of professional and practical training of the future teachers. Purpose. The article aims to consider the technology of the development of innovation culture of students of higher pedagogical educational institutions. Methоds. Theoretical analysis and generalization of psychological-pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the problem of research, pedagogical observation. Results. The task of the formation of the innovative culture is to create and implement a new form of development in the context of the teacher's professional activity. Technology development of innovative culture is a complex multi-stage process. The article considered the purposeful use of technology for the development of an innovative culture, which involves working with a student in the target, theoretical and methodological, organizational and semantic, and estimation-effective blocks. The article also presents a method of assessment of developing innovation culture in the form of adaptive, reproductive, euretic, and creative levels. Conclusion. The authors of the article conclude that the actual characteristic of teachers, whose innovative culture is formed, is the conscious attitude to the implementation of innovations in the professional practice, the development of professional and reflective thinking in the field of pedagogical innovations, and the availability of extensive knowledge. It is worth noting that the technology for developing the innovative culture of future teachers is a complex multi-stage system. The student's attitude to innovative activity determines whether he or she will apply the latest technologies in professional teaching. Successful development of the future teacher's innovative culture is possible provided that the technology is comprehensively used in the educational process and the student is motivated to innovate.
