Abstract

Introduction. This article highlights topical issues of innovative management as a process of managing the creative potential development of teachers and making effective decisions by officials. It has been determined that the creative potential of the teacher of GEI is the dynamic state of his reflective attitude towards himself as a self-creative person and his behaviour in professional activity by the understanding of pedagogical values and interaction with others. It is only through well-chosen pathways a supportive pedagogical environment and understanding by leaders of this complex process that the goals and core objectives of the GEI in creative development managing of teachers in non-formal education will change. Purpose. The article aims to highlight the results of practical research on the nature and content of the head of the educational institution. Methods. It has been established that the growth of the creative potential of teachers directly depends on the improvement of the entire educational system, in particular the solution to the problem of managing the creative potential growth, as well as systems for upgrading the qualifications of teachers and the requirements of society to the level of their training in non-formal education. Results. This article deals with clarifying the concept of «managing the creative potential growth of teachers in non-formal education». Therefore, the timeliness of the research is dictated by the need to study theory and practice, develop a model and apply the management experience of teacher creativity development in non-formal education in the context of tasks for the GEI which is not fully realized, but relevant and presented by Laws of Ukraine «On education», «On general education»; determined by the increasing role of education, updating of its system. Originality. It has been proved that qualitative management of the development of the teachers' creative potential in modern society during wartime is one of the main tasks of the same society since the effective organization of innovations is subject to quality management. Attention is paid to the urgency of the introduction in education institutions of a model of management of the creative potential of teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature as an education need regarding the impact on the formation and retention of a positive reputation and quality of the organization in-service training of teachers, their motivation, attitude to obtaining new knowledge and awareness of the on-going changes in Ukraine. Conclusions. It was noted: the motivation of the individual to self-improvement is identical to the formation of a highly qualified creative teacher who wants to work independently on himself, develops skills, and is not afraid to «give» the profession. This is the most important task of NUS, the most important task of a modern manager and therefore modern education.
