Cluster theory can show the formation of a network of connections and the emergence of social capital, thus helping to compartmentalize the problem of cause and effect. The development of the theory of clusters helps to clarify the sources of the network structure, the meaning of activity in this network, and the connections between the characteristics of the network and the results of its functioning.
