DEVELOPMENT OF AN OPTIMAL LOGISTICS SYSTEM FOR WAREHOUSING SPORTING GOODS, TOURIST AND MOUNTAINEERING EQUIPMENT

The purpose of the creation and operation of any warehouse and, in particular, Sporting goods and equipment storage facility (SGSTI), where hiking and climbing equipment is stored, is to Is to receive cargo flow from transport with one parameter, process and give it to another transport with different parameters and do it with minimal cost. However, it should be borne in mind that The variety of parameters of sports goods and inventory warehousing and technologies for handling a diverse range of cargo not only makes them refer to complex systems, but also makes sports goods and inventory warehousing significantly different from each other. That is why when creating a warehousing system it is necessary to consider the following main principle: only an individual solution considering all the factors influencing it (in particular, inflation) can ensure the economic success of sports goods and equipment warehousing. The development of an optimal system of warehousing of sporting goods and equipment is aimed at ensuring the optimal placement of cargo in the warehouse and its rational management. When developing a warehouse of sporting goods and equipment and its storage system, it is necessary to consider all the relationships and interdependencies between external (entering the warehouse and outgoing from the warehouse) and internal (warehouse) flows of the object, taking into account related factors (warehouse parameters, technical means, the characteristics of the goods, etc.). Interaction between the warehouse and, in general, the warehouse of sporting goods and equipment with the environment is carried out through input and output flows, primarily material flows that enter the warehouse and leave the warehouse by various modes of transport. At the same time, transport cargo flows have a direct impact on the whole system of warehousing. From the standpoint of the system approach, the interrelations of transport and warehousing (warehousing of sporting goods and equipment) represent precisely the interaction of each of these systems with the external environment. Each of the elements of the warehouse and transport systems of storage of sporting goods and equipment is characterized by certain parameters that can be divided into three groups: spatial, functional, economic. Determining the elements of each subsystem should be set a number of constraints: technical, technological, economic. The latter are related to the financial capabilities of the firm. The alternative choice of the optimal variant of the storage system (the storage of sports goods and equipment) is carried out after a technical and economic evaluation of each. As evaluation criteria are used: a) index of effective use of warehouse space and volume; b) index of general logistic expenses per ton of goods, connected with equipment of a warehouse (warehouse of sporting goods and inventory) according to the given variant. The study used the criteria for evaluating investment projects to build warehouse of sporting goods and inventory, in which the basis are discounted estimates (taking into account inflationary processes) according to the criterion of maximum value of the net present value index. It should be noted that the problems of storage of sporting goods, tourist and mountaineering equipment need to be solved not only at the global level (in the major cities of Ukraine's «million-strong» population), but also at the local/regional level (in particular, when holding various competitions in the relevant sports in remote corners, in mountainous areas or to meet the needs of various bases, resorts, recreation centers, etc.). It is this approach that will ensure faster physical and psychological recovery of Ukrainian society (AFU servicemen, in particular) after the stresses caused by the ongoing war with the Russian Federation.
