Phenomenology of the householder archetype in ukrainian culture in the context of application of the competence paradigm in education: ethno-pedagogical aspect

The article, based on the actualization of the methodological potential of cultural anthropology, archetypal pedagogy and psychology, reveals the phenomenology of the "Archetype of the Master" as a characteristic of Ukrainian culture and considers the ways of applying this archetype to improve the health-preserving and cultural competences of physical education teachers in the conditions of postgraduate education and master's degrees educational management, higher school pedagogy, special pedagogy, Christian pedagogy. Purposeful use of archetypal pedagogy is considered as an innovative psychologized direction of pedagogical theory and practice, which contributes to the disclosure of the potentials of ethnopedagogy, ethnoculture and world culture in the educational process. Means of archetypal pedagogy contribute to the development of: psychological and cultural competence of the teacher, intercultural communication, European integration, patriotism, national identity. "Archetype of the Master" is considered as one of the dominant and stable ones in Ukrainian culture. The "Archetype of the Host" manifests itself in the actualization of: the values of the home; spatial sense - raumzin (German); ecological intentions and values; anthropocosmic consciousness; responsibility; psychological stability, reliability and stability; vitality (vitality); viability; creativity; freedom as a way of social existence of an individual and manifestation of his individuality and self-realization; the ability and potential to protect, preserve and maintain oneself and one's surroundings and the business the person is engaged in; creativity; intelligence; personal growth and self-realization and self-actualization; health care "Archetype of the Master" with its purposeful actualization can be a deep psychological basis for the formation and improvement of various competencies, as well as for the development of creativity. We define a system of archetypes that is purposefully used in the formation of a certain competence as an archetypal field of competence.
