In the scientific article, the author examines the issues of qualification of murders, which are traditionally one of the popular topics in research at various levels, which is due to the priority of criminal policy to protect life as the highest human value. At the same time, despite the large number of publications on this topic, a number of controversial issues remain that require further analysis and development.
