Technological Issues of Creating Digital Images Containing Information About Cultural Values for the Formation, Management and Use of the IFD of Ukraine

The purpose of the work consideration of topical technological issues of preserving and restoring information on cultural property by special institutions of the Insurance Fond of Documentation (IFD) of Ukraine in the context of the national process with the use of technologies and requirements of the state system of IFD of Ukraine, which allow restoring this information with a given quality. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach and analysis of the correspondence between the requirements for photographic recording of cultural values and the requirements for the creation of IFD in the development of a method and technology for creating images containing information about cultural values in digital form for the formation, maintenance and use of IFD of Ukraine. Scientifi c novelty. The article for the fi rst time presents a comprehensive solution to the technological issues of creating images containing information about cultural values in digital form for the formation, maintenance and use of the IFD of Ukraine on the basis of the creation and registration of their information contents (complex digital images) based on the results of scientifi c attribution. Conclusions. Results of testing the developed technology on materials (documents, photographs, negatives on fi lms and glass) The Museum of History of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University confi rmed the solution of targeted technical and technological issues on the creation of images in digital form, containing information about cultural values, and reproducing information about them with a given quality from microfi lms of IFD and necessitating research, dedicated to the standardization of technological processes of digitization and registration of information about cultural values by developing a single comprehensive regulatory and methodological framework, which would regulate the procedure of digitization of information about cultural values and establish requirements for digitization results.
