Abstract
The article addresses the use of risk indicators of violation of mandatory requirements during implementation of federal state fire supervision (FGPN) as a priority source of information concerning the need for unscheduled inspections. There is provided the overview of normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and normative documents on fire safety regulating the implementation of FGPN . There is concluded the feasibility of using risk indicators in order to timely respond and minimize the risk of harm or damage to values protected by law.
