Abstract
The article is devoted to the review and analysis of current judicial practice, separate opinions regarding problematic aspects of the implementation of the tenant's preferential right to renew the land lease agreement based on the principle
of tacit consent in the event of the lessor's inaction in the context of the application of time limits for appeals for the protection of the violated right.
