One of the most relevant and promising directions is the implementation of smart infrastructure for communities. Smart infrastructure is a system of innovative technologies and solutions that make it possible to optimize resources, improve the quality of life of residents, and ensure the stability and sustainability of the development of cities and towns. Smart infrastructure for communities is a necessary and relevant direction of development. It contributes to improving the efficiency of resources, ensuring environmental sustainability, improving the quality of life and safety of citizens, as well as stimulating economic growth and active participation of citizens in the development of their environment. At the same time, the implementation of smart infrastructure elements requires the availability of an analytical base. The creation of smart infrastructure makes cities and villages more attractive to investors and entrepreneurs. This stimulates business development, increases the number of jobs and contributes to the growth of the economy. The purpose of the research is to determine the effects of the implementation of smart infrastructure in the community. Smart infrastructure is an integrated approach to the development and management of urban and regional communities using advanced technologies, including the Internet of Things (IoT), data processing, artificial intelligence, and other digital tools. Thus, smart infrastructure acts as a key catalyst to ensure the sustainable and balanced development of communities. It brings together innovation, collaboration and public participation to achieve a better quality of life, ensure economic prosperity and preserve natural resources. The role of smart infrastructure for the community is important and promising from the point of view of sustainable development. The study identified the main effects of implementing smart infrastructure for communities and proposed a classification of the quantitative effects of implementing smart infrastructure for communities. Quantifying the effects of implementing smart infrastructure can be difficult and require a large amount of data, analytics, and peer review. The choice of appropriate indicators and evaluation methods that would take into account the unique features of a specific community and its goals is of great importance. Prospects. In further scientific research, it is proposed to focus attention on the development of algorithms for the optimal selection of a package of infrastructural smart solutions and its approbation on the example of specific territories, in particular those affected by military operations.
