IDENTIFICATION AND RANKING OF THE CAUSES OF CRISIS SITUATIONS IN THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS

The existence of significant differences in the theoretical and practical provision of financial management of TNCs in the conditions of a changing environment necessitates the development of a theoretical-methodological and methodical basis for the formation and use of approaches to identifying and ranking the causes of management situations in TNCs. Taking into account the peculiarities of the domestic economy and the need for scientific development of the outlined tasks, the choice of the research topic was determined, and its purpose and tasks were determined. Information about situations (problematic, crisis, etc.) that enters the internal and external environments of the financial management system is transformed into decisions that are implemented by influencing one or more subsystems of the TNC and the external environment to ensure the appropriate level of financial security. It is substantiated that in the process of solving situational management problems, identifying and ranking the causes of crisis situations in transnational corporations is of significant practical interest. Knowledge and assessment of the importance of these reasons allow for a more thorough allocation of resources when designing technology for solving situational management tasks. The article improves the method of ranking the causes of management situations in a transnational corporation (TNC) in the conditions of a changing environment, the feature of which is the design of management procedures focused on groups of similar causes of problem situations. At the same time, the classification of signs of management situations is proposed in the form of a three-dimensional model, which boils down to achieving stability, stability and success in an unpredictable business environment. In this context, visualization of the complex of causes of problematic situations allows for more thorough decision-making regarding the impact on this or that object of transnational corporations to ensure effective financial management
