SCIENTIFICLY BASED RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROVIDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES

The relevance and timeliness of the presented research is proven. The goal of the research on the development of scientifically based recommendations for ensuring the development of construction enterprises has been achieved. In this context, the following tasks were solved: systematization of theoretical provisions regarding the determination of directions and features of the development of construction enterprises; identifying tools and measures to ensure their development. Proposed scientifically based recommendations for ensuring the development of construction enterprises (BE), based on quantitative parameters and measures for ensuring development through the prism of defined «points» of growth of an integral factor based on the increase of systemic stakeholder, investment and innovation factors, factors of financial and economic condition, level of strategic and organizational ensuring the effectiveness of marketing activities. Methods and models for assessing the level of formation and use of the intellectual economic system of construction enterprises are defined, which are determined by the complex application of quantitative and qualitative tools and allow to create an economic and applied mechanism for the development of a theoretical and methodological approach to assessment.A theoretical-methodological approach to the assessment of the development of construction enterprises is proposed, which is based on the application of quantitative and qualitative methods, is characterized by economic, innovation-investment, social, corporate management factors, the use of human capital, brand and indicators characterizing the potential of construction enterprises and provides opportunities to obtain integral assessment for forecasting changes in the directions of development of business entities in the construction sector. A methodical approach to forecasting the integral indicator of the development of construction enterprises has been developed, taking into account the change of the integral factor of the formation and use of the intellectual economic factor on the basis of the application of the developed economic-mathematical model, which takes into account economic, geospatial, security, social parameters and allows to propose measures for the development of construction enterprises. Scientifically based recommendations are proposed, which are based on the quantitative basis of the results of the assessment of the level of support for the development of construction enterprises, its mathematical modeling with the use of modern technological support.
