IMPROVEMENT OF CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PROCESSES OF NATIONAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL RISKS

Introduction. Scientific research of modern concepts and approaches to improving the practical organizational and economic mechanism of European integration processes for national enterprises is a mega-urgent task, because in the modern conditions of global risks, the national economy and the development of the production potential of enterprises of all sectors of the economy of Ukraine is simply a strategic task, which depends on in our opinion, even the country's defense capability, since the development of, for example, enterprises in the machine-building industry, in the sector of the production of modern weapons, will be difficult to implement without European integration processes. That is, in the light of external risks and global challenges, the practical concept of improving the existing achievements of the organizational and economic mechanism of European integration processes for Ukrainian enterprises and companies with a practical algorithm of implementation in the modern not simple conditions of activity and dynamics of the national economy sets clear tasks for modern scientists and managers of strategically important industries economy, together with European partners to carry out all stages of European integration implementation as quickly as possible, but taking into account all the requirements of European institutions for the possibility of functioning of national enterprises in the European common space. The complexity of implementing specific conceptual approaches to the European integration of Ukrainian companies for the production of goods and services is caused by the critical situation regarding external threats and the impossibility of forecasting the dynamic development of strategic sectors of the Ukrainian economy. However, having European and global partners, who with specific financial, technological, innovative, management resources and other tools together with monitoring structures of the national economy in close cooperation help to implement the so-called «road map» of European integration implementations for national enterprises and companies. To rebuild the national economy and production capacities, modern innovative technologies and the already existing efforts of European and global partners are needed, since the national economy must start from the subsidy structure of financing and move to the functioning of national production capacities, first of all, of strategically important sectors of the economy, which ensured the receipt of taxes in revenue part of the budget of Ukraine. Because in the face of long-term external threats, relying only on external financial support is, in our opinion, extremely risky. The functioning of the production of strategic products and services, with state support and the vector of European integration of national enterprises, will be able to ensure dynamic development of the national economy, which is extremely important in conditions of external threats. The purpose of the study is to improve managerial approaches to the formation of existing elements of the organization of European integration processes for national enterprises and to propose own conceptual approaches to the model of the organizational and economic mechanism of European integration of national enterprises.
