INNOVATIONS IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

The purpose of the study is to study the modern features of innovative strategies for the development of hotel business enterprises, their impact on the dynamics of indicators of sales volumes of paid public services. Innovations mean new modern inventions, developments, IT technologies, management technologies, which contribute to the exit of the subject of the business environment of a new level of development. The service sector, certain areas of the hospitality industry, tourism that cannot function effectively economically without the introduction of innovative technologies in the main processes and service processes. Based on the assessment of the innovative infrastructure state of hotel enterprises, a conclusion is made about their internal economic readiness for the development of innovative technologies, the implementation of digital solutions that optimize key areas of activity. The pace of innovation activity in Ukraine is significantly lower compared to economically developed countries, despite the significant potential.
