Abstract

. The purpose of the article is to investigate the peculiarities of the formation of the anti-crisis management system of the enterprise. It was determined that the prevention of crisis situations means that enterprises form systems for preventing, forecasting and overcoming bankruptcy, which correspond and are proportional to real socio-economic processes that allow production to function in conditions of increased risk. It was found that anti-crisis management involves the use of a system of measures to predict and overcome crisis phenomena at all stages of the enterprise's existence, depending on the functional sphere of activity. It was established that anti-crisis management of the enterprise should be aimed at early detection of signs of crisis and prevention of crises, and not at overcoming existing crisis situations, which is possible only with sufficient competitiveness and economic stability. The goals of anti-crisis management of the enterprise are highlighted. It was determined that the anti-crisis management system should carry out constant monitoring of crisis phenomena and plan, organize and implement anti-crisis measures in order to preserve the main positive qualities of the enterprise and restore its effective functioning. The main tasks of the anti-crisis management system of the enterprise are highlighted. It was found that the anti-crisis management system includes three subsystems: informational, motivational and operational. It was established that anti-crisis measures should be not only the basis for developing a system of anti-crisis management of the enterprise, but also measures of anti-crisis management and prevention of crisis situations at the enterprise. It was established that the creation of a system of anti-crisis management of the enterprise includes both early diagnosis and minimization of the impact of crisis phenomena, opportunities for the enterprise to avoid crisis situations. Factors affecting the formation of the anti-crisis management system of the enterprise are considered.
