THE SYSTEM OF ANTI–CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF PERSONNEL IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article examines the features of the system of anti-crisis management of personnel from the standpoint of today's realities. It has been determined that personnel management for anti-crisis management requires the development and implementation of a number of tactical and strategic measures. It has been established that anti-crisis personnel management is a set of purposeful, coordinated and interrelated actions aimed at optimizing the number and methods of personnel management in order to minimize labor costs while maintaining a normal socio-psychological atmosphere in the team. It has been established that anti-crisis personnel management is important for the effectiveness of its placement, since without specialized specialists, no enterprise will be able to achieve its goals with the expected results and on time. It has been established that the purpose of anti-crisis management is to prevent, eliminate or minimize the negative impact of the personnel crisis on the activities of the enterprise, the effectiveness of which depends on a clear definition of goals, issues, principles and functions of risk management. It is determined that the structure of the personnel management system depends on the size of the enterprise, its territorial location, the nature of the activity and other factors. It was revealed that anti-crisis personnel management differs from typical personnel management by a number of features arising from the complexity of managerial decisions in a changing environment, limited resources, high costs and the complexity of errors in decision making. It has been determined that the development of an anti-crisis personnel management system is a system of measures aimed at maximizing the potential of modern management and preventing or eliminating adverse events in business by developing and implementing special programs at enterprises, overcoming temporary difficulties, maintaining and increasing the position of an enterprise in the market in any conditions. Further research should be carried out in order to develop anti-crisis tools for their functional purpose, taking into account the features of the main functions and methods of anti-crisis management.
