FORMATION OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE PROCESSES AT ENTERPRISES

An important step in the formation of the mechanism for regulating the strategic innovative development of the enterprise was the study of external and internal factors of influence with the identification of their weak and strong sides, as well as the identification of opportunities and threats on this basis for their integral consideration in the development of the enterprise's strategy. Advancement in the temporal dimension of the strategy for the development of innovative processes at enterprises should be integrated into the model of the innovation strategy, which covers four vertical levels and separate stages in relation to the implementation of separate innovative ideas or projects. In turn, the conceptual approach to the assessment of the corresponding innovative level of novelty provides an opportunity to determine the acceptability of the application of this or that innovative project or measure based on each innovative idea, as well as to conceptually substantiate the technological expediency of the development of innovative processes in the specified direction. Implementation of the strategy chosen for implementation according to to the outlined stages and stages of their passage according to the innovation strategy model, is carried out using the control function in accordance with the powers assigned to a separate structural unit or center of responsibility for control issues. In addition, the system of strategic development of innovative processes of enterprises was analyzed and it was found that for effective functioning it is necessary to determine the interaction of elements of strategic development by functional spheres with factors of the external and internal environment, levels of innovation strategy development, as well as the sequence of implementation of the stages of strategic development of innovative processes at enterprises. Based on the research, a model and a system of strategic development of these processes by functional areas of enterprises are proposed, which can be practically used in combination to ensure the effective implementation of individual innovation projects and innovation processes in general.
