ANALYSIS OF THE DOMESTIC PRACTICE OF MODELING THE RESEARCH ACTIVITY OF TEACHER EDUCATION SPECIALISTS

Abstract

Introduction. The adaptation of the educational field to modern requirements leads to a change in the role of the teacher from a transmitter of knowledge to an active creator of original methodical systems. The key task of the implementation of which is to improve educational practice to meet the demands of education seekers. In this context, the teacher's professional activity is restructured to process information, study and generalize methodical systems of learning that have proven their effectiveness. Such work is necessary for the preparation of didactic materials, the content of which must correspond to the level of development of science and current educational trends, the development, implementation and evaluation of the results of the implementation of innovativeeducational methods, means and forms. Purpose. Analysis and generalization of the theory and practice of pedagogical research modeling, presentation of author's ideas regarding the modeling of the subject and the process of research activity of pedagogical education specialists. Methods. Theoretical and methodological analysis of publications on the problem of modeling research activities of pedagogical education specialists. Results. The article presents the results of a theoretical study of the implementation of modeling research activities based on the analysis of domestic educational theory and practice. It was determined that in modern conditions pedagogical activity is implemented through research work. That is, it is research activity that ensures effective educational practice. It has been proven that modeling provides objective knowledge of reality and can be used to study the essence of pedagogical research. Examples of modeling of individual elements and stages of research activity of specialists in the pedagogical field are given. In particular, the experience of modeling the subject of research, stages of pedagogical research and methodological modeling of comparative pedagogical research is revealed. Formulated author's ideas regarding the development of a model of the research subject and the application of declarative and procedural modeling of the research activity of pedagogical education specialists. Originality. The material of this article can be used to implement the modeling of the elements of pedagogical research and the stages of its implementation. The author's ideas about modeling can become the basis for procedural and declarative modeling of research activities of pedagogical education specialists. Conclusion. Effective educational practice of a pedagogical education specialist is based on his research activity. Based on the results of the analysis of domestic educational theory and practice, examples of modeling the subject of research and components of pedagogical research, methodological models of comparative pedagogical research are highlighted. The presented models do not reveal all aspects of this complex activity, and the formed models are not based on complex scientific studies regarding the modeling of the elements of the methodological apparatus and the stages of the research. The author's idea of modeling the subject of research involves the formation of a subject field (contains seven components) and the formation of a thesaurus based on the specified components as models-prototypes of subjects of research educational theory and practice. The proposed author's ideas regarding the formulation of the goal, components of the model, the content of the simulated activity and the formation of procedural and declarative models of the information-analytical, model-design, experimental- measuring, evaluation-reflective stages of its implementation.
