EFFECTIVENESS OF DIDACTIC CONDITIONS FOR MONITORING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION OF FUTURE MASTERS OF DENTISTRY IN THE UNIVERSITY LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

Introduction. The purpose of the article is to highlight the results of testing the effectiveness of didactic conditions for monitoring the quality of education of future masters of dentistry in the university learning environment. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to highlight the results of checking the effectiveness of didactic conditions for monitoring the quality of education of future masters of dentistry in the educational environment of the university. Methods. Theoretical; empirical: questionnaires, surveys, pedagogical testing and observation of educational activities of future masters of stomatology; experimental: ascertaining, formative and control stages of pedagogical experiment, methods of clarity; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. It has been found that the process of training future masters of dentistry in medical universities should focus on the creation of an effective system for monitoring the quality of education of future masters of dentistry, capable of assessing the level of professional competence of higher education students. It has been studied that among the monitoring procedures used in medical higher education institutions, questionnaires, surveys and interviews prevail.The results of the monitoring procedures are drawn up and published on the official websites of universities in the form of analytical notes, analytical reports, minutes of the joint meeting of the departments and relevant departments with representatives of the student parliament, on the basis of which a list of measures to improve the educational programme is formed. Originality. The author's model of the implementation of didactic conditions for monitoring the quality of education of future masters of dentistry in the educational environment of the university was developed. Conclusion. On the basis of qualitative modeling after the experiment, it was found that the level of activity of the medical institutions of higher education that participated in the experiment in the direction of improving the monitoring of the quality of education of future masters of dentistry in the educational environment of the university is characterized as optimal, i.e. it has entered the mode of self-development, which indicates the effectiveness of the collective implemented didactic conditions. It has been determined that the effectiveness of didactic conditions is confirmed by the fact that the high level of readiness of scientific and pedagogical staff, departments of quality assurance of higher medical education at universities to monitor the quality of education of future masters of dentistry in EG increased by 11.54%; the average level of readiness – by 10.57%; low level of readiness decreased by 22.11%.
