Abstract

Introduction. The paper commences by underscoring the critical significance of the unambiguous identification of subject matter, profound comprehension, and the effective assimilation of knowledge by learners. It argues for the imperative development of an individualized learning process that is intrinsically motivated, empowering trainees to harness their innate cognitive capabilities through natural mental processes. Purpose. The purpose of this paper is to study, analyze and improve the new simple teaching method discussed in the article in order to improve the efficiency of learning and development of students. Methods. This research paper presents a comprehensive investigation into the Method for Study Organization (MSO), a dynamic framework meticulously crafted to enhance the learning process, elevate cognitive performance, and contribute to innovative anti-aging strategies.Results. A new simple method of organizing learning (SML). This original method, created by Dr. Ing. Massimo Rogante, is a valid teaching tool that has been successfully tested in Italy in various disciplines, especially during postgraduate studies, for example: in the 80s in mechanical, electronic and civil engineering at the University of Ancona and in aerospace engineering at the University of Ancona. Rome; in the 90s, at the postgraduate program in nuclear engineering at the University of Bologna. Such a PMEP allowed all the dozens of students who took it to pass their university exams with flying colors, and it can be generally applied to a variety of higher and master's programs. In comparison to previously existing methods, this PMS helps to: solve the problem of proper observance of the time available for studying and, in particular, exam deadlines; optimize preparation time and promote deeper learning of the subject matter and its consolidation in long-term memory; avoid showing up unprepared for an exam or receiving unsatisfactory results. It consists of five successive stages that the student must face, with purpose and enthusiasm for the issues to be studied. Conclusion. The described PMON provides students with a solid foundation for performing practical training. Enthusiasm strengthens emotional memory, while calmness, silence, solitude and concentration help to avoid suffering and the resulting hormonal increase in cortisol. An organized calendar, along with a healthy diet, good sleep quality, and a lifestyle based on moderate physical activity without smoking, alcohol, etc. contribute to perfect psychophysical fitness and optimal cognitive performance. Dividing the study into a sequence of 5 stages creates a structure on which to organize a rational and preparatory training manual. It also stimulates the formation of connectome brain maps through progressive reconfiguration of neural circuits, similar to an artificial intelligence deep learning mechanism that creates its own neuromorphic chips by mimicking the dynamic neural circuits of the connectome.Graphics, color schemes, drawings, symbols, etc. finally activate mirror neurons and eidetic memory based on visual perception. Anti-aging-related research is currently focused on improving quality of life and health expectancy. Thus, in addition to promoting healthy lifestyles, future research activities should focus on studying senolytic foods and supplements to improve executive functions and cognitive abilities of healthy individuals, such as attention, creativity, memory, mood, and motivation.
