Abstract

Trading has always caused problems between different countries and regions because it affects their stability and could make them compete for power and progress. It is very important for a country's economy and helps it to keep going. Advancements in technology, communication, and international trade have caused more competition among businesses and countries. This has led to a race for economic success and control in different industries. Competition is happening on a global scale, but there is also a bad kind of competition involving fraud. This fraud is trying to look better than others or harm businesses and intellectual property rights. It didn't just affect one industry, product, or thing. This is about how products are made, copying other products, and lying about what a product can do. Because this problem is happening in many countries and causing trouble, we really need to stop it as soon as possible. All countries have made laws to stop commercial fraud. It is illegal and people who do it will be punished. This helps to keep a country's economy safe. Managing money well and making sure things are done right, in a way that helps the economy grow. So, this research aims to explain how the laws in two countries deal with and try to stop this problem. They are working to punish the people who do it and make rules and harsh punishments to prevent it from happening. The two countries made more rules than just the general laws to protect their people. They also made specific laws, rules, and set up special groups to fight against this problem. They gave the people in charge of this work the power to enforce the law and make sure it was being followed.
