Abstract

It was determined that personnel management for each organization is an individual process aimed at the effective use of employees in order to achieve the main goals. A significant number of general theoretical works on management were analyzed. It was found that personnel management in the conditions of martial law is a relatively new problem for domestic science. in the past, methods and models of personnel management in the conditions of war, in most cases, turned out to be ineffective and in need of significant improvement. The main problems of personnel management in the conditions of the war in Ukraine have been elaborated, in particular: restrictions on freedom of action and decisions, «personnel hunger», extraordinary circumstances, instability of the economic situation, and others. A well-founded primary problem of personnel management in wartime is to ensure the safety of employees. Suggested directions for increasing the motivation and productivity of personnel in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine: training and development, mutual aid and mutual support, care and well-being of personnel, informal conversation, material incentives, own comfort zone, cooperation and communication. Additional incentives for motivating personnel in wartime conditions have been identified: one-time cash assistance, a program of psychological assistance, etc. The improved areas of staff stimulation are aimed at improving the psychological climate in the team, reducing the impact of negative emotions, feelings, and the level of anxiety on a person and his work processes, and will contribute to increasing the productivity of the staff and the successful prospects of the enterprise in the post-war period.
