Abstract
Article purpose ? studying of written sources and the analysis of results of petrographic and chemical researches of materials of fresco of various temporary periods. Results of researches allow to track ways of development of fresco. The article considers the technological features of fresco painting from the point of view of interaction of components of plasters and organic binding substances.
