Abstract
Simulation training in medicine provides safe for patients the possibility of training young doctors. One of the most debated points in the application of a simulation training in medicine is to control and increase learning. So far, no established recommendations on teaching methods, this procedure is rarely used as a debriefing. The aim of the study was to compare the efficacy of a simulation study with 3rd year students using debriefing and without it. Pedagogical experiment conducted in groups of foreign students studying in English. Found that the use of parsing actions during a simulation training improves the efficiency of absorption of practical skills in medical university students.
