Overview of Research Results and Proposal of a Model for Analyzing Factors Influencing the Decision to Participate in the Electronic Support Industry by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

In order to elaborate on the research assessing factors influencing the decision to participate in the electronic support industry by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam, the author conducted a synthesis of previous studies by both local and international authors. Through this synthesis, the author developed a research model for the factors influencing the decision to participate in the electronic support industry by SMEs in Vietnam. This model is accompanied by eight hypotheses related to these factors. This constitutes the main content of the paper presented by the author and serves as a crucial first step for further investigation in the author's doctoral research.
