Influence of customs regulatory regime on the country’s domestic economy

Abstract
The concept of multilevel system of country’s customs policy regulation and its institutional ensuring which includes the system and regulation algorithms from the customs officer workplace to the international regulation of customs system is developed (unification of customs procedures by the World Customs Organization), incentives and inhibits of customs procedures (resolving documents, tariff and non-tariff measures) are given.
