Abstract
The evolution of corporate relations in Ukraine is considered. Privatization and corporatization processes in the national economy are analyzed. Shortcomings of privatization and corporatization of enterprises at various stages of its development are identified. Shortcomings of privatization are pointed out, and the direction of reform of corporate relation-making are outlined to determine the prerequisites for the formation of effective forms in modern economy of Ukraine.
