Foundations for institutional support of innovative development of the coal industry

The foundations of the formation of the institutional environment of innovative development of coal enterprises of Ukraine with industry-specific features and market transformation processes in the national economy are considered. Particular attention is paid to the problems of institutional economic security of industrial companies and accounting factors influencing the risks associated with the implementation of investment and innovation projects in the coal industry, as well as the creation of a system issues incorporated to minimize their impact through the creation of innovative structures - technology parks. Recommendations are given to improve the regulatory framework of the innovative development of the coal industry in general, and modern Donbass, in particular.
