Abstract
Managerial innovation, as is known, is one of the key factors for the successful functioning of an enterprise in conditions of constant changes in the socio-economic environment. Effective and efficient implementation of innovative approaches to management at the proper, appropriate level allows not only to effectively respond to external challenges and influence factors of the external business environment, but also to create internal conditions for the development and growth of an enterprise in modern conditions. With the help of management innovations, it is possible to optimize production processes, improve product quality, improve interaction with customers and partners, and also ensure more efficient resource management, etc. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to explore management innovations and their features in the enterprise management system in modern conditions. Based on the results of a study of the theory and practice of doing business, the advantages and main problems of introducing management innovations in the enterprise system under conditions of risk and uncertainty were identified. Management innovations are an integral part of the successful functioning of an enterprise in conditions of constant change; this is the introduction of innovative approaches, methods and strategies in the field of enterprise management in order to improve its efficiency and meet modern market requirements in conditions of risk and uncertainty. It has been established that the key aspects for the analysis and assessment of management innovations in the enterprise system are the following aspects and practical issues, namely: technological solutions and digital transformation; leadership and corporate culture; organizational structures of an entrepreneurial type company. It is concluded that the introduction of innovative management strategies, the active use of modern systems and technologies and the support of a corporate culture aimed at innovation allow enterprises not only to adapt to challenges, but also to reach a new level of development. The prospect for further research is the formation and development of effective change management strategies, as well as improving the system for identifying, analyzing and assessing risks before implementing innovative projects in the enterprise.
