Modern aspects of hepatitis C therapy

There are about 58 million people worldwide suffering from various forms of viral hepatitis C, including 5 million people in the Russian Federation. There is a trend in the incidence of viral hepatitis C, according to WHO estimates, the increase in incidence in 2022 amounted to 7.8%, in connection with WHO data, it is necessary to make adjustments to the treatment of viral hepatitis C in accordance with clinical recommendations and the introduction of patients. The relevance is due to the need to choose effective methods of pharmacological therapy of viral hepatitis C (HCV), including combined approaches to the treatment of infectious patients.
