FORMING READINESS FOR HEALTH CARE OF FUTURE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION TEACHERS IN THE CONDITIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
Introduction. The article analyzes the content and structure of the readiness of future professional education teachers for health care. The components of the process of forming readiness for health care within the framework of the educational process of higher education were highlighted: educational, scientific and methodical, sports and health, cultural and mass, and practical. The importance of the comprehensive approach to forming the readiness of future professional education teachers for health care, which should include theoretical education, practical training and developing personal qualities, was emphasized. Purpose. The purpose of the article was to substantiate the relevance of forming readiness for health care among future professional education teachers in the conditions of the higher education institution. Methods. Theoretical analysis of the psychological and educational literature on the problem of health care and programme documents, scientific publications and best educational practices; analogy, induction and deduction; oral and written surveys of prodessional education students.Results. The article identifies and characterizes the problem of forming readiness for health care of professional education future teachers in the conditions of the vocational training. It was found that health is not only the absence of diseases, but also a state of general well-being, which includes physical, mental and social aspects. Preserving and strengthening the young generation's health becomes a particularly urgent problem in the conditions of the difficult socio-economic situation and military operations in Ukraine. Studies have shown that the majority of teachers assess their level of competence in the health issues as insufficient. Therefore, forming readiness to preserve health among future teachers is an important and urgent problem. This process is determined by a number of key aspects: motivation, knowledge, skills, abilities. The use of innovative educational technologies can significantly increase its effectiveness. The formation of readiness for health care among future professional education teachers is a guarantee of preserving and strengthening the health of the young generation. Originality. The novelty of the paper consists in applying the comprehensive approach to the study of the problem of forming readiness for health care of future professional education teachers in the conditions of higher education institution. The justification and disclosure of key aspects of forming readiness for health care, focused on the use of the innovative educational technologies, the need to declare readiness for health care as an integral characteristics of the professional culture of the future teacher. Conclusion. It was determined that readiness for health care is an integral characteristic based on the personality's awareness of their behavior, emotional control, regulation of family relations and the surrounding environment, giving up harmful habits, creating positive emotional background of life and harmonization of interpersonal relations.
