Legal regulation of the vehicle rental agreement

This article discusses the practice of applying a vehicle rental agreement. The tasks are also defined: the study of subjects of civil law relations engaged in entrepreneurial activities, the main component of which is the provision of services, production of goods, contracts, which do not always have sufficient funds to acquire real estate ownership, in particular, residential and non-residential premises, structures, land plots. In order to understand the specifics of the legal regulation of a vehicle rental agreement, an integrated approach to the subject matter of the agreement has been studied, as well as practical recommendations for its conclusion have been identified.
