Abstract

The law of obligations is the largest sub-branch of civil law and is understood as a set of norms of rights that regulate relations related to the transfer of property benefits from one person to another, as well as the use of intangible benefits in commodity circulation. These relations arise in connection with and regarding the transfer of property to ownership or other proprietary right; the performance of works; the realization of the results of creative activity; the provision of services; and also arise from joint activities or unilateral actions; finally, due to harm and unjustified enrichment.
