Abstract
By means of the international organisations that are realised under the name of International, internationalism came to the fore as a universal concept and became effective in the world politics. Generally, the political movements in which the profits of the whole world is considered or decisions are taken in this direction beyond the nations and the national profits of countries, called internationalist. After Wetsern European countries had changed the whole world into colonial empires, the internationalist organization that became a current issue in the second half of 19th. century, continued in 20th. century and in today’s globalisation process it grew strong and by increasing its effect, it proceeds and becomes extremely influential on the destiny of the whole world.
