When the Western Sovereignty is Getting More Absolute the Tendency to Build a Unity of the Rest of the World in Response to It is Splitted and Narrowed: the Foundations of the Global-Conservative Authority

Today, we talk of an integrated world, getting uncertain in space and time through capital, transportation and telecommunication facilities based on technological and amprical data. We also talk on the contrary of a totally splitted world on social level as well. The obstacles due to geographical features are being eliminated easily but social and historical limitations and differentiations are getting sharper. We will discuss this subject in this article.
