DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF MODERN ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
Topics related to the development of the digital economy, digitization, digital transformation of business and society are very relevant. A large number of scientific works by Ukrainian and foreign scientists are devoted to a comprehensive analysis of these topics. The scientific publication systematizes the results of theoretical research by Ukrainian scientists on issues of digitization and digital transformation of management systems of modern organizations. It is noted that the digitization of important management components of management systems: principles, methods, functions, mechanisms, organizational management structures, organizational culture, roles of managers at all levels, management styles, etc., is carried out in Ukrainian organizations of various economic sectors. Attention is focused on the unity of scientists' conclusions regarding the need for complete digital transformation of management systems of organizations, the formation of new management models and concepts. The main directions, digital technologies, positive trends and results of digitization of management, production, logistics, and marketing processes were analyzed. The main stages of digital transformation of management systems of modern organizations are defined and characterized. The problems of digital transformation of the management systems of Ukrainian organizations are considered. It is indicated to increase the motivation of the management of modern organizations regarding digital transformation. New digital technologies that are actively used in global trade practice are analyzed. The results of the analysis of the practical experience of the digital transformation of the management system of the Ukrainian trade corporation Fozzy Group are presented. Successful cases of digitization and digital transformation of the corporation were analyzed: launch of mobile applications in retail networks, use of cloud technologies, opening of the artificial intelligence and innovation center. It was concluded that the corporation is actively working on the digital transformation of the current management system, as well as on the formation of a new flexible business model.
