Abstract

Introduction. In today's world, sustainable development is becoming an integral part of the strategies of many organizations and states. This requires interaction between different sectors of society, especially between business and government. In the context of sustainable development, partnerships between these two actors are key to achieving long-term goals of economic, environmental and social stability. Partnerships between business and government are extremely important to ensure sustainable development. They allow you to combine resources, knowledge and experience to achieve common goals. In addition, such relations contribute to increasing trust between different sectors of society, which is an important factor in sustainable development. The partnership contributes to solving complex social and environmental problems that require an integrated approach. For example, the problems of climate change, reducing poverty, ensuring access to quality education and health care cannot be solved by the efforts of one party alone. They require joint actions and interaction of various subjects. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to define and theoretically outline the conceptual mechanisms for the implementation of partnership relations between business and government for the implementation of the concept of sustainable development. Materials and methods. Partnership relations between business and the government can take different forms depending on the specifics of a specific situation: public-private partnership; corporate social responsibility; innovation clusters and incubators. The form of cooperation in the form of a public-private partnership provides for the joint financing and implementation of various environmental projects that have important social significance, allows to combine the resources and expertise of both parties to achieve common goals. For example, construction of infrastructure facilities, development of energy projects, improvement of the urban environment. Corporate social responsibility consists in the fact that a business, assuming obligations regarding social responsibility, can implement projects aimed at improving the environmental situation, supporting local communities, and developing education and health care. The authorities, in turn, can create favorable conditions for the implementation of such initiatives by providing tax incentives and support. Joint projects on the development of innovation clusters and business incubators can contribute to the development of new technologies and enterprises. This makes it possible to create new jobs, attract investments and increase the competitiveness of the economy. These methods are the basis of the research. The results. The methodology of implementing partnership relations between business and government in the context of ensuring sustainable development has been based on the clear identification of common goals, the development of cooperation strategies, the organization of interaction processes and the evaluation of results. Practical aspects of such relations can take various forms, including public-private partnerships, corporate social responsibility, and the development of innovation clusters.
