Abstract

Introduction. In today's fast-changing economic system, an organization's performance is largely determined by the well-coordinated work of its teams. Teamwork is a key element of corporate culture that allows companies to quickly adapt to changes, effectively solve problems and achieve their goals. This includes not only joining forces to accomplish tasks, but also creating a favorable environment for collaboration, sharing ideas, and supporting innovation. Purpose. Researching the effectiveness of teamwork and collective decision-making in an organization. Materials and methods. The research materials are the works of domestic and foreign authors who conduct their scientific and practical research in the field of management, human resources management and teamwork organization. The following scientific methods were used in the course of the study: theoretical generalization and grouping (to summarize the benefits of teamwork, form the components of teamwork efficiency, characterize the benefits of collective decision-making); logical generalization of results (formulation of conclusions). Results. The article discusses the need to organize teamwork in an organization. The advantages of teamwork are summarized: combining different competencies and experiences, increasing creativity and innovation, improving communication, engagement and motivation of employees. Diversity in the team is a key factor for successful project implementation and achieving high results. Combining different skills, knowledge, and experience allows for a comprehensive approach to solving problems, taking into account all aspects of the problem and finding optimal solutions. Effective cooperation and teamwork help generate new ideas, increase productivity, and achieve goals. Interaction between team members is key to generating new ideas and innovative solutions. Discussions, brainstorming, and collaborative problem solving stimulate creative thinking and allow for multiple perspectives. This creates a favorable environment for finding optimal solutions and ensures the company's competitive advantage in the market. Coordination of actions of different departments and well-coordinated work of teams allow organizations to effectively adapt to changes, solve problems and achieve their goals. The components of teamwork effectiveness are formed: clear definition of roles and responsibilities, common goals and values, effective leadership, development of teamwork skills, constant feedback, and creation of a favorable environment. The advantages of collective decision-making are characterized. Discussion. In further research, it is proposed to focus on the study of the collective decision-making process. This will provide an opportunity to rationally organize a collective discussion and make an effective solution to a particular problem in the organization.
