Abstract

Introduction. In the context of modern economic development, Ukraine faces numerous challenges, among which issues of social inequality, uneven resource distribution, and limited access to services across different social groups are particularly prominent. The ongoing military actions in Ukraine have exacerbated these problems, especially in regions where economic development is significantly lower than in the central and western parts of the country. This situation underscores the need to develop and implement inclusive approaches to economic development that ensure equal opportunities for all citizens. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze effective pathways for Ukraine's socio-economic development aimed at improving the population's quality of life through the implementation of inclusive approaches, reducing social inequality, and ensuring sustainable economic growth. Materials and methods. The research is based on a comprehensive analysis of sources, including statistical data, academic articles, reports from international organizations, and the experience of recovery projects in Ukraine. Methods of theoretical generalization, grouping, formalization, analysis, and synthesis were employed. Results. The military actions in Ukraine have created unprecedented challenges for the national economy and social structure. Socio-economic development must consider not only the restoration of destroyed infrastructure but also the creation of conditions for inclusive growth. The primary focus is on the regions most affected by the war, through the development of recovery programs, support for local businesses, and the creation of new jobs. Prospects. The implementation of inclusive economic policies will promote social cohesion, reduce poverty, and integrate Ukraine into the international community, making this research topic highly relevant for both state policy and academic analysis.
