Abstract

Introduction. Logistics is a commercial supply of goods and services and an extremely important business Strategy in the modern market, which is a civilized system. The movement of goods and services is the engine of consumer satisfaction, the key to realizing business ideas, high employment, and the macroeconomic effects of national reproduction. At the same time, due to unforeseen circumstances, this segment is suffering greatly due to the war and the unfavorable development of the business environment. Therefore, managing logistics processes in the context of crisis phenomena is an essential field of research and requires clarification, comprehension, and generalization of the systematic principles, forms, and methods of management by the market and the state. Purpose. The article aims to comprehensively study the approaches and solutions to managing logistics processes in the state in the context of crisis phenomena. Materials and methods. The crisis, regardless of its origin and causes, currently does not allow for the precise prediction of the development of logistics processes because of the laws of the market economy. It is necessary to understand the technological component's rapid dynamics and integration dependence on the standards of the European Union. The military crisis in our country slowed down the entire functioning of logistics processes. This type of activity has suffered the most from the consequences of the war: loss and damage to goods, restriction of logistics routes due to destruction or occupation, lack of quality transport infrastructure, loss of investment partners, etc. Results. The public administration of the logistics system of Ukraine should be viewed as a structural interaction of individual areas of implementation. The main ones are the integration of logistics networks into the European Union system, regularities of processes in regional logistics markets, strengthening the role and effectiveness of logistics infrastructure security institutions; strengthening the role and effectiveness of logistics infrastructure security institutions; strengthening the role of technological information, warehouse, anti-crisis, price, and monitoring activities of enterprises in the context of globalization. Discussion. The post-war recovery of logistics processes is possible if the state and the market coordinate and coordinate their actions about transforming the system of warehousing goods in various safe places in the country's regions, effective anti-crisis policy of each logistics enterprise, laying and ensuring the most economically viable, safe and close to other routes of the EU countries; systematic monitoring of compliance with the control of the logistics sector in terms of ensuring safe conditions and minimal ecological impact on the environment.
