DRIVERS OF QUALITATIVE TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY BASED ON INNOVATIVE AND INFORMATIONAL CHANGES

Introduction. In modern conditions, connected with the fact that the role of innovative and informational changes in the national economy is growing more and more, it is these changes that should be relied upon when searching for driving forces for qualitative transformations. Such driving forces are proposed to be called drivers of qualitative transformations of the national economy. Purpose. The article is devoted to identifying the drivers of qualitative transformations of the national economy based on innovative and informational changes, which is based on the study of the relationship between indicators of the functioning of the national economy and indicators of innovative and informational changes. Materials and methods. Research materials are scientific works of modern domestic scientists, devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of identifying drivers — driving forces for transformations, publicly available statistical data characterizing the functioning of the national economy and innovative and informational changes. The study was based on the application of methods of correlation analysis (to determine the degree of influence of indicators of innovative and informational changes on indicators of the functioning of the national economy), ranking and criterion analysis (to choose among indicators of innovative and informational changes drivers of qualitative transformations of the national economy); logical generalization of results (formulation of conclusions). Results. It is proposed to determine the drivers of the qualitative transformation of the national economy based on innovative and informational changes depending on the influence of indicators of changes on the functioning of the national economy. It is proposed to determine the drivers separately according to the current and separately according to the accumulated impact of innovative and informational changes on the functioning of the national economy. The selection of drivers of qualitative transformations among the indicators of innovative and informational changes was carried out, and it was also determined which changes are not drivers, but can strengthen their influence. Discussion. It is suggested that further research should be directed to the development of strategic initiatives that provide targeted influence either directly on the drivers of qualitative transformations or on those indicators that are amplifiers of their influence.
