IT TECHNOLOGIES IN BUSINESS: TRANSFORMATION OF FINANCIAL OPERATIONS AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Introduction. An innovative strategy for business transformation in the context of the active development of the digital economic model requires an upgrade of the traditional business model through information technology (IT). This process has a vector of strategic cost reduction, intensification of economic effect and effective realization of business potential. The introduction of IT innovations helps to optimize the corporate interaction system, improve internal and external communication strategies, and develop integration processes. Effective resource management, financial security guarantees, and the development of inclusion through the transformation of financial activities are now becoming particularly relevant. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to analyze innovative approaches to the transformation of financial operations and resource management systems in the context of the introduction of IT technologies in the business sector. Materials and methods. The research materials are the industry-specific scientific developments of domestic and foreign researchers, official statistics. The following scientific methods were used in the course of the study: theoretical generalization and grouping, analysis and synthesis, and formalization. Results. The study characterizes the essential basis of the modern transformation of business processes in the context of digitalization. The specifics of resource management in the new business environment are analyzed. The aspects of inclusiveness and financial security against the background of IT business transformation are studied. The main promising areas of digitalization of business processes are highlighted, including the creation of digital archival systems, integration of artificial intelligence tools for personalization and analysis of user experience, and the use of mobile applications. The necessity of using IT innovations to ensure financial inclusion, which stimulates the development of entrepreneurship and investment activity, is substantiated. The dynamics of digitalization of business processes in Ukraine is analyzed, and indicators of financial inclusion based on digital technologies in the Ukrainian financial environment and in the international developed community are compared. The priority functionality of IT technologies in optimizing financial operations and improving the resource potential management system is identified. It is substantiated that the modern development of financial security and inclusion is impossible without the integration of innovative financial technologies. It is proved that the introduction of IT technologies into business processes is positioned as a driver of the effective development of the latter, as well as the basis for competent resource management and financial security guarantees. Discussion. In further scientific research on this issue, it is advisable to focus on ensuring the reliability of cybersecurity of the digital financial environment, protection of personal and confidential data against the background of active IT transformation of financial transactions and resource management.
