ANALYSIS OF CORRUPTION RISKS OF MILITARY PERSONNEL POLICY THROUGH THE PRISM OF THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN WAR

The article analyzes corruption risks during the formation and implementation of the personnel policy of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine under the conditions of the legal regime of martial law. Problematic issues related to the implementation of measures to prevent and detect corruption in the personnel policy of the defense sector have been studied. Recommendations for improving the system of prevention and detection of corruption in the field of personnel management, as well as proposals for changes and additions to normative acts to reduce the impact of corruption risks on military personnel policy are proposed.
