Abstract

This study explores the relationship between musical creativity and technology in the modern world. It is noted that innovation in songwriting encompasses both technical and conceptual aspects, contributing to the development of musical culture and the expression of new ideas. Experiments with structure, imagery, language, and themes as ways to create unique and relevant compositions are discussed. The importance of using sound effects and processing in modern musical creativity is examined, including various sound processing techniques such as reverb, echo, flanger, and distortion, as well as methods for creating atmospheric soundscapes. The use of synthesizers, virtual instruments, and sound banks as key components of contemporary music creation is highlighted. The work also discusses the significance of audio interactivity and audience engagement in the modern music industry. The role of interactive technologies in creating remixes, live performances, and collaborative music making is discussed. The importance of innovative computer programming technologies and algorithmic music in the development of the musical process and collaboration between musicians and audiences is addressed. The work examines the creativity of singer Kira Mazur, who reflects current trends in music composition by combining traditional Ukrainian elements with modern technologies and stylistics. Such approaches allow her to maintain high value in the music scene. The article discusses the importance of collaboration and virtual co-creation in the contemporary music industry. Various online platforms, virtual instruments, and software for collaborative music creation are described, offering musicians the opportunity to work together regardless of geographic location. The impact of artificial intelligence on the process of creating, mixing, and editing music, as well as its role in generating new musical ideas and sound materials, is noted.
