Abstract
The relevance of the topic of organizing physical education classes for students with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCMP) is due to the need to create a safe and effective physical environment that takes into account the characteristics of this disease. Students are an active population group for whom physical activity plays a key role in maintaining health, improving psycho-emotional state and social adaptation. However, lack of proper monitoring and understanding of the specificity of the disease can lead to serious health risks. The objectives of this article are to investigate approaches to organizing physical activity classes for students with HCMP and to develop recommendations for creating safe physical activity. The objectives of the article include analyzing existing physical activity techniques for this group, discussing the role of medical supervision and health monitoring of students during exercise, and identifying potential risks and benefits of physical activity for students with HCMP. The results of the study aim to improve the quality of life of students with HCMP through safe and adapted physical activity programs.
