Abstract

Introduction. The legal regulation of property relations is closely interconnected with economic conditions and changes that affect the stability and predictability of property rights realization. Globalization, digitalization, economic crises, inflation, tax reforms, and environmental challenges create new demands for legal regulation, requiring its adaptation to modern realities. The property expectations of businesses and individuals must be protected in a dynamic economic environment, necessitating a systematic review of legal mechanisms.
