Abstract
Introduction. The article examines the factors shaping the foundations of strategic business development in the context of the Russo-Ukrainian war. The study addresses the critical challenges faced by enterprises under crisis conditions, such as supply chain disruptions, physical risks to assets, forced relocation of business operations to safer regions, and socioeconomic issues, including reduced purchasing power and labour migration.
