Abstract
Introduction. In the article “Medical Insurance in Wartime: Risks and Provision Programs,” the challenges and changes occurring in the medical insurance sector during a military conflict are analyzed. It explores how war affects the insurance market, particularly the risks that arise during this period. Special attention is given to the study of insurance programs offered by companies operating in the medical insurance market in Ukraine. Currently, only two companies in the market cover health risks resulting from missile strikes, landmine explosions, building collapses, and fires. This is notable because, in global insurance practices, war is usually a standard exclusion in insurance policies.
