Abstract
Introduction. Modern humanistic management aims to create conditions that ensure the harmonious development of the individual in the organizational system. One of the key tools for achieving this goal is psychological support, which considers employees' individual needs, feelings, and subjective experiences. Aims to create a phenomenological approach to analyzing such processes allows us to identify the deeper aspects of employees' interaction with managers, team members, and the work environment. The relevance of this approach is due to the growing role of the emotional well-being of employees in improving the efficiency of organizations. The article substantiates the necessity of integrating phenomenological analysis into psychological support as an element of humanistic management and proposes innovative tools for its implementation.
