Abstract
Lnnovation of procedures for increasingly efficient results is currently looked for. Due to this situation, there was the need for a correlational research with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design, in order to improve productivity in the domestic supply of sewing workshop in Manaco S.A., applying the Theory of Constraints and DBR methodology improving sys tem productivity by 14.3%. Two plans were tracked to compare actual processing times vs. standard times, where it was determined that there is a 51 % unplanned time. Operational proposals such as the development of an alternative design with the application of the five steps of the Theory of Constraints and correct programming DBR were developed. Finally, the economic feasibility of the project was de termined by the incremental calculation of profitability rates tir and van, a sensitivity analysis was presented to establish the tolerance on the variability of the mar ket and an analysis of cost/benefit ratio, which show that the project is profitable.
